It is with great pleasure that the Saskatchewan Rugby Board of Directors announce that Female Rugby 7s has been added to the 2020 Saskatchewan Summer Games.

"Our volunteers should be so proud of their accomplishments, the acceptance of Female Rugby 7s into the Sask Summer Games in 2020 is a monumental victory for our hard working members.  Rugby is exploding in Saskatchewan, the 2020 Games will allow us to showcase the growth success we have had across our sport and specifically with female athletes." said President Damon Leonard.

The Saskatchewan Games is a multi sport event where teams made from Nine Sport Districts compete.  It is an important step in the Training to Train stage of development which focuses on athletes ages 11-15.
