Saskatchewan Rugby is proud to host an all female rugby girls camp in Regina July 13-16, 2022. The camp will run from Wednesday to Friday, July 13-15 will include rugby technical and tactical training sessions as well as nutrition and mental training presentations from top consultants with the Saskatchewan Sports Medicine and Science Council. The camp will conclude on Saturday, July 16 with rugby games versus Manitoba at Optimist Park from 10am-3pm. 


The cost of the camp is $75 

Sport Nutrition Presentation - Thomas Hamilton

Thomas is a Registered Dietitian with Saskatchewan Dietitian Association & Dietitians of Canada. He has over 20 years of experience helping athletes meet their health and fitness goals through Level 10 Fitness Centre, the Sports Medicine and Science Council of Saskatchewan and Canada Sport Centre of Saskatchewan, and the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region.

Mental Performance Presentation - Lisa Hoffart
July 15, 12PM

Lisa Hoffart is a Registered Psychologist and a Mental Performance Consultant. She works with athletes from grassroots to international levels, helping them to develop and implement mental performance skills and to maintain and enhance mental health and wellness.  She has worked with Team Sask at numerous Canada Games since 2011 and was also part of the Team Canada Mission Staff at the 2022 Beijing Olympics.
