  • Regina Minor Rugby

    Regina Minor Rugby is for kids of all rugby levels to develop their rugby skills and physical abilities while making the game as simple and safe as possible, regardless of their age, gender, or size.

  • MacDowell Rugby Academy

    MacDowell Rugby’s Prairie Academy is a Canadian rugby academy and mentorship program focused on developing high performance rugby athletes. Open to all skill levels, the Prairie Academy program runs every spring. Full details on their website.

  • Saskatoon Minor Rugby

    Saskatoon Minor Rugby is a youth, non-contact program intended to introduce kids to the game of rugby, build physical literacy skills, and develop a love for the game.


    SMR runs programs through the year for the following age groups:

    • Minor Rugby Program (non-contact, flag-based rugby), ages 3-12
    • Saskatoon Junior Rugby league (contact rugby), ages 13-18 with two age divisions
    • Rugby 101 (learn to play & skill development), ages 5-18
